Legal Technology Network LLC (LegalTechNet) offers training services through its web-based training courses and modules.  LegalTechNet services are offered through the procurement of ‘Named User’ licenses.  Named Users are specific, named individuals who have obtained a LegalTechNet license from LegalTechNet or an authorized LegalTechNet partner.  Named Users may not allow other users to utilize their LegalTechNet license for the purpose of accessing and utilizing the training system.  LegalTechNet training content may only be used for its intended purpose by a licensed user or by specific written permission from LegalTechNet.

The following three points summarize the LegalTechNet license agreement:

• Licensed Courses provided by LegalTechNet are intended for the use of a single named user.

• Each named user desiring to take a LegalTechNet course or courses must obtain a LegalTechNet user license.

• LegalTechNet reserves the right to terminate any account for violation of this license agreement.
