LegalTechNet was formed in early 2001 by a group of certified legal trainers, experienced legal consultants and eLearning experts to bring the benefits of eLearning to the legal software training industry.  This unique approach was formulated through the combined experiences of this group and extensive research of training practices in the legal industry.  The resulting product, the LegalTechNet Training System, has been rapidly accepted by law firms and software vendors across the nation.  LegalTechNet is in continuous discussions with the top legal software vendors to expand our offering for the benefit of our client base.
 

The LegalTechNet eLearning system offers three distinct learning styles or modes. These three styles, Step-by-Step Learning, Competency-based Learning and Just-In-Time Learning, can accommodate the learning needs of a wide range of busy legal professionals from the 1st time user to the seasoned expert looking for a refresher course.

Step-by-Step Learning is designed for the beginning user.  The curriculum is broken down into manageable courses (101, 201, 301, etc.) with individual certification assessments to allow the student to evaluate their progress before attempting the next level course.

Competency-Based Learning is designed for the experienced, but possibly 'rusty' user.  Based on the results of pre-assessment questions, the learner is guided to the specific learning modules needed to refresh their skills based on their current competency level.

Just-In-Time Learning allows a learner to use the JIT search engine to quickly locate a 5 minute training module required to learn a specific function to meet an immediate need.
