Step-by-Step Learning, Competency-Based Learning and Just-In-Time
Learning, can accommodate the learning needs of a wide range of busy legal
professionals from the 1st time user to the seasoned expert looking for a
refresher course.
Step-by-Step Learning is designed for the
beginning user. The curriculum is broken down into manageable courses
(101, 201, 301, etc.) with individual certification assessments to allow the student to evaluate
their progress before attempting the next level course.
Competency-Based Learning is designed
for the experienced, but possibly 'rusty' user. Based on the results of
pre-assessment questions, the learner is guided to the specific learning modules
needed to refresh their
skills based on their current competency level.
Just-In-Time Learning
allows a learner to use the JIT search engine to quickly locate a 5 minute training
